I will be presenting a session titled "Staying Safe on the Web" at the DIISD PD Day in October. The goal of this session is to give the audience a foundational understanding of the different styles of attack currently on the Internet and even beyond. Social engineering is becoming a huge problem and we've seen numerous cases of it throughout the TechCo this year. Steve Andrews and I will be giving a demonstration of a phishing attack at the end of the session.

Avast (the download link brings you to CNET. Remember what I told you about express install--CNET loves to bundle other products together eg. NAGWARE)
Super Anti-Spyware (see Avast warning above about CNET)
Malwarebytes (comes bundled as Premium. The premium features expire after 14 days, but the free version is a good malware removal tool)
